FIT COLLEGE TASK

For my first assignment I need to share with you all my:

  1. Favourite workout video
  2. Favourite nutrition site
  3. Favourite anatomy and physiology site
  4. Links to 2 of my favourite motivational fitness videos and/or exercises

One of my favourite workout videos is definitely by Natacha Océane. Its a strength and functional styled workout that also gets the heart rate elevated:

  • This is one of my all time favourite forms of exercise as it is shown to have amazing impacts on mental health and the research is beginning to uncover the positive effect that this form of exercise can have on our hormones
